I make no secret of the fact that I love cats. In fact, if you’ve been around me for more than 5 minutes I’ve probably bored you to death with tales (or tails ;)) of my own furry baby. My phone background is the time my bearded dragon Dobby met Squidge for the very first time. I have cat scarves, jewellery and even an umbrella (thanks to Purrfect gift box). I threw my cat a birthday party for heavens sake.
I have always been a big Jacqueline Wilson fan – her books were such a huge part of my childhood but I struggled to keep up with them as I grew up and eventually I just kinda seemed to not bother. So here I am at 24 and a half and I have challenged myself to read ALL OF THE BOOKS. I headed to google to find out exactly how many books the Queen had written and no one could give me a good answer, but it’s clear that there is a whole load. I do know that it was over 100 in 2014… That’s a lot of books.
Summer in the City is the UK’s biggest Youtube gathering and I was lucky enough to go to the first day, which is the Creator Day. I also beat Steven dressed as a sumo.
Today’s post is a guest post from Katherine-Alice about how to go green during your period.
The lovely people over at Bearfaced Groceries sent me some food to try and challenged me to put together a few recipes – so here they are!
Okay, so I had decided a while ago to not write any individual book review posts and to group them together, however, for this book, I needed to give it its own post.
Subscriptions are the ultimate present to yourself and I am a huge fan. Over the past few years I’ve subscribed to several, from the well known beauty boxes, to super cute indie stationary, however, never have I been as impressed as with ‘My Purrfect Gift Box’.
Although New York is known for being pretty pricey-beans, there are some great things you can do for free.
In true Codie style, I have not kept up with a monthly series I wanted to do! It seems I am too much of a free spirit and cannot be tamed by my own schedule. To make up for my all round uselessness, I’ve decided to review the most recent books I’ve read since my last proper book blogger post.
I’ve seen a lot of questions about this on various Facebook groups and, suffering with imposter syndrome as I do, I’ve never felt quite legit enough to write about it. Not “freelance” enough if you will.
