I freaking LOVE Slam Poetry!

If you follow me on Twitter (@Codiekinz), you’ll know that when I am doing anything creative, I obsessively listen to slam poetry. I am in love with the words, passion and feelings that come with this particular type of poetry and so I felt as though it was time to share my favourite Youtube playlist for anyone else who may be interested in it, but doesn’t know where to start!

To make it on to this playlist, the poem needs to make my heart feel something, and my mouth to absentmindedly make a noise. There are a lot more female poets I love on this list, which is perhaps because a lot of the poems are things I can relate to, but all of them, irregardless of gender, are amazing.
