As we discovered previously, I bloody love Lush! In the last blog, I discussed my favourite bath products, so today I thought we’d branch out and look at what else Lush has to offer!
My 5 favourite non-bath Lush products:
Silky Underwear Dusting Powder. Oh-er misses! I was originally recommended this from a friend and I adore it. It’s like a sexier version of talc – perfect for those of us whose thighs rub together on hot days. It has cocoa butter shavings in it and it smells of jasmine and I am just in love with it!
Kerbside Violet Perfume. Firstly, this was snuck into my bag as part of the Pay it Forward thing they do sometimes and I had a little happy cry when I found it! I had been discussing with the lovely lady in the store about our favourite products and I said how I missed Ultraviolet and she showed me this because it smelt the same. I fully intended on coming back to get it on payday, but I found it in my bag, which makes it even more special! I keep it in my handbag and apply it during the day because the smell really calms me. It’s wonderful.
Comforter Shower Gel. Steven’s mum went to the Oxford Street store before me and I sent her with a little wish list, but this is something she chose herself. It smells divine and the scent really lasts on your skin. It was the first shower gel I’ve ever used from Lush and I loved the way it lathered.
Jason and the Argan Oil Shampoo Bar. I was a little wary of the idea of shampoo bars but I finally took the plunge, and chose this one because the name made me laugh (I am a geek). It smells so good (I know I’m saying that about every product but seriously, it does!) and lasts ages, leaving my hair soft and happy.
Soft Coeur Massage Bar. The massage bars are great because they are solid, but melt on the skin to a lovely, soft, nourishing oil. I get sore muscles all the time and my lovely other half is the best at massages, so this was a great investment. We’ve had it forever and it’s not even half gone yet! I’d like to try some of the others too, but this one smelt the best.
So there we have it, some of my favourite non-bath products! It was hard to choose the ones I love the most! Especially as I don’t think I’ve ever really disliked anything I’ve bought from Lush. Smell comes up a lot, but it really is such a huge part of it, and one of the things that makes Lush so… Lush! Haha.
Have I missed trying something amazing? Let me know in the comments!
